This repack allows you to run a private server for The War Within Patch 11.2.7 (Build 65229).
Core: Based on Baltic Core (a derivative of TrinityCore's master/retail branch).
State: Sandbox / Experimental. TWW emulation is in very early stages. Expect missing scripts, broken quests, and limited features compared to older expansions (WotLK/Legion). It is primarily for exploration and testing.
Launcher: Requires Arctium Launcher to bypass Blizzard's connection checks.
Download & Extract:
Download the Draconic WoW/Baltic Core Repack from the link below.
Extract it to a location with a short path (e.g., C:\TWW_Server) to avoid file permission or path length issues.
This repack uses UniServerZ, a portable web server stack, to manage the MySQL database.
Open the UniServerZ folder inside the repack.
Run UniController.exe as Administrator.
Click the "Start MySQL" button.
Troubleshooting: If the indicator does not turn green, ensure no other application (like XAMPP or another repack) is using port 3306.
Optional: You do not need to start "Apache" unless the repack includes a website/registration page (usually accounts are created via console).
Once the database is running (Green light on MySQL):
Go back to the main server folder.
Run Bnetserver.exe.
Wait for it to say "Server ready" or show the connection success message.
Run Worldserver.exe.
This window will load all the game data (maps, spells, items). This may take 1-5 minutes depending on your PC speed.
Success: Look for the message World initialized and a beeping sound (standard TrinityCore behavior).
In the Worldserver.exe console window, type the following command to create your GM account:
bnetaccount create yourname@email password
account set gmlevel yourname@email 3 -1
Note: Using an email format (e.g., admin@admin) is strictly required for Retail clients.
You cannot run WoW.exe directly. You must use the Arctium Launcher to inject the custom connection certificate.
Client Version: Ensure you have a WoW client patched to 11.2.7.65229.
Patched EXE: Download the TWW 11.2.7.65229 WoW.exe provided below and place it in your game folder (replace the original if needed, or keep it as backup).
Config Configuration:
Go to your client's _retail_\WTF folder.
Open Config.wtf with Notepad.
Add or change the portal line to:
SET portal "127.0.0.1"
Launching the Game:
Run the Arctium Launcher (included in the download).
Point it to your WoW.exe if prompted, or simply run the launcher from the game folder.
Important: If the launcher prompts to update, skip it if possible, as newer Arctium versions might break compatibility with this specific 11.2.7 build.
Draconic WoW / Baltic Core Repack: Download Repack (Google Drive)
Q: I get the error "BLZ51901001" or "You have been disconnected" instantly.
Fix 1: Check your Config.wtf. Ensure it says SET portal "127.0.0.1".
Fix 2: Ensure Bnetserver.exe is running and hasn't crashed.
Fix 3: This often happens if the Certificate isn't loaded. Ensure you are launching via Arctium, not the standard WoW.exe.
Q: The Worldserver closes instantly upon opening.
Fix: You likely skipped the Database step. Open UniController.exe and make sure MySQL is started and green.
Check Logs: Go to the Server/Logs folder and read Server.log to see the exact error (usually "Access denied for user" or "Unknown database").
Q: My client says "Incompatible" on the Realm Selection screen.
Fix: Your client version does not match the server.
Server Build: 11.2.7.65229.
Your Client: Check the bottom-left of your login screen. If it is 11.2.8 or newer, you must downgrade or find a compatible 11.2.7 client.
Q: I am stuck at "Retrieving Realm List" or "Logging in to game server".
Fix: This is a networking issue.
Open bnetserver.conf and ensure LoginREST.ExternalAddress is set to 127.0.0.1.
Check your realmlist table in the database (using HeidiSQL or similar). The address column should be 127.0.0.1.
Q: Are dungeons, raids, and quests working?
Answer: Mostly No. This is a sandbox core. While you can explore the new zones (Isle of Dorn, The Ringing Deeps), most quests will not work, and dungeons/raids are likely unscripted. You are meant to use GM commands (.tele, .additem, .lookup) to test content.
Q: How do I enable GM commands?
Answer: See Step 4 above. You must set your account to level 3 in the console.
