This collection offers two distinct core choices depending on your needs:
SPP V1 (Ashamane Core): This is a "fixed build" core. It is highly stable but only works with Client Build 26972.
SPP V2 (Praevous Core): A more advanced core that supports multiple game builds (26365, 26972, etc.).
Note: The SPP V2 archive also includes several "Legacy" cores (like UWOW) for preservation purposes. If you only want the modern SPP V2 core, you can simply extract that specific folder and ignore the rest.
Because SPP V2 supports multiple versions, you must ensure your configuration matches your client.
Extract the Repack:
Download your chosen core (V1 or V2) and extract it to a clean folder.
Tip: If using the V2 archive, you can delete the legacy folders if you want to save space.
Core Configuration (SPP V2 Only):
Open bnetserver.conf and worldserver.conf.
Look for the setting: GameBuild or game.build.version.
Critical: Ensure this number matches the client you intend to use (e.g., set it to 26972 if using the SPP client, or 26365 for Firestorm).
Client Configuration:
Navigate to your WTF folder and open Config.wtf.
Set the portal to localhost:
SET portal "127.0.0.1"
Note: Unlike WoD, Legion works perfectly with 127.0.0.1.
Launching the Game:
Use the executable provided in the client folder (usually WoW.exe or WoW-64.exe).
Good News: The Firestorm Legion executables are already patched to allow connections to any private server, so no separate "Patched EXE" download is required.
Account Creation:
Most SPP repacks come with a default admin account (often admin@admin / admin).
Creating New Accounts: In the worldserver console, use:
.account create name@email password
Reminder: As with WoD, using an email format (with @) is recommended to avoid Battle.net login errors.
Choose the Core and Client that match your preference.

Common issues addressed from the community.
How to run WoW WoD+ Offline guide: HERE
Q: I click "Update" on the SPP V1 Launcher and it says "Git is incorrect" or "Path not found".
Fix: Ignore this. SPP V1 is an older, legacy repack that is no longer maintained. Do not try to update it; simply run the server as-is.
Q: I am disconnected immediately after selecting a realm.
Fix: This is usually a config mismatch.
Check that Config.wtf has SET portal "127.0.0.1".
If using SPP V2, ensure the game.build.version in your config files matches your client version exactly.
Q: How do I play on LAN with friends?
Fix:
Server Config: In bnetserver.conf, set LoginREST.ExternalAddress to your LAN IP (e.g., 192.168.x.x) and LoginREST.LocalAddress to 127.0.0.1.
Database: In the realmlist table, set address to your LAN IP and localAddress to 127.0.0.1.
Clients: The host PC uses 127.0.0.1 in Config.wtf, while other PCs use the LAN IP.
Q: Can I use the Firestorm Client with SPP V1?
Answer: Generally, no. SPP V1 is hardcoded for build 26972. Firestorm is typically 26365. You must use the matching client or use SPP V2 and configure it for 26365.
Q: The Mini Client download is stuck or slow.
Fix: Mini clients rely on the upload speed of the CDN (Firestorm/Blizzard). If it stalls, it is better to download the Full Client via the links above to avoid "streaming" lag while playing.
